Umrah is the sanctified worship and it should be performed with full reverence to the House of Allah. There is a criteria to enter the sacred sites of Islam. Muslims perform Umrah in Saudi Arabia therefore, residents of other countries require visa and they have to follow the rules and regulations of Ministry of Saudi Arabia.
