I write lists for myself almost every single day. It's the only way I can keep my thoughts organized & remember to get anything done. I also get satisfaction from checking things off my list when I have completed them.
Think about what is important to you & what would make you happier. Write down 5 actions you can take towards accomplishing that goal.
My blog is important to me & I am happy when I work on it, so one of the things on my action list today is to write a new post for my blog.
Now, there are some things that I want to happen that I have to take action on, & there are other things that I can leave up to my higher self, God, or the universe to take care of. These I write as intentions.
I would love if people subscribed to my email list but I cannot force them to, so I write that as an intention for the day. Sometimes my intention is as simple as having fun or being peaceful.
Amazing things have been happening since I started writing my intentions down on paper. One of my few sources of income is being a Sales Executive for a packaging supplier. On Monday I wrote down "make a $100,000 sale today" then I continued to have a usual work day.
A few hours later my boss called to tell me that one of my customers who I haven't talked to in over a week sent an order for me to the office for $100,000. It was too weird to be a coincidence.
Yesterday I wrote on my list of intentions that I wanted to get 100 facebook likes on my page and I only had 67. By the end of the day I was at 103.
Try writing 5 actions and 5 intentions daily & see how it affects your life.
