Routine Skin Care Tips One Must Follow in Summer

Summer is here and the time is passing with brighter days, bloomy air. Summer is also the season for sweat, fatigue, uneasiness and exhaustion due to increasing temperature and heat waves. During winters, we often wait for summer and we love the sunny days of summer. But when the high temperature and heat hits it tends to take a toll on our skin as well as our appearance. Skin get tan, burn, & itchy and may face irritation too. So in order to care for skin in summer days, one needs to follow skin care tips and nourish the skin with routine care essentials.

One need to follow body care routines in two schedules, once in morning, before going out for work and once in evening, before going to bed. You need to invest merely 15 minutes for skin care. It can help you restoring skin moisture, body nutrition, and protect skin from exposure of UV (Ultra Violet) rays, pollutants and dirt particles. Here are some tips for morning to evening routine skin care:

Cleanse

It is the first process to clear the skin, cleansing. One should wash the face with non soap, gentle and non foaming cleanser. Massage it 2 to 3 minutes on the face gently rubs it on wet skin and wash it with plain water. Use cotton towel to clean the face.

Exfoliate

After cleansing process, dirt & pollutants were removed. Use a gentle scrubber or exfoliator to turn off dead skin & pores. Rub the skin fore few seconds and clean the skin. One should avoid over exfoliating because it can cause more harm than benefit.

Tone

After exfoliation pores are open & bare. So use the toner liquid to close the pores. After its use skin appears soft, smooth & boosted.

Moisturize

It is essential to moisturize the skin after all the processes. It softens the skin and keeps it hydrated too. There are different variants of moisturizer like oil based, oil free, water based, oil free moisturizer based on your skin type.

Shield

It protects the skin from UV rays. You can apply sunscreen ranging from SPF 15 to SPF 50 (higher one). Pick the one according to daily sun exposure. Apply it before 30 minutes of going outside in the sun.

Night care is very simple to follow, remove all the makeup. Clean the face. Wash it with plain water than a gentle cleanser. After it use toner and nourish the skin with moisturizer to get healthy & glowing skin.
