Plank
Plank is a wonderful exercise that tones your arm, back & glute. It is easy to do and consume only a minute. To do a proper lank follow these steps:
Cross your hands together, place your elbows about shoulder & on the mat, width apart under the chest then straighten your back. Curl your tail bone to keep the back straight. Hold yourself in this position for a minute.
Push-ups
This exercise is perfect for your arms and chest. To perform pushups you need to place your hands chest width apart the lower the arm until your upper arm is parallel to the floor after it pushes back to the original position.
Squats
In order to do a perfect squat, you should keep your feet flat on the ground. Make sure that your knees are behind the toes and hips should be below the top of knee. Keep your chest up and don’t round your upper back.
Ball twist
It helps you to twist your whole body you just begin with your back against the wall, bend your knees outward and hold a ball in your hands. After taking position slowly twist from side to side.
Table top leg extension
It is a great variation of tabletop exercise and god for thighs and bottom. For more benefits, you can use some ankle & wrist weighs. Prop yourself up on hands & knees then stretch one leg up and back & at the same time stretch the opposite hand up in forward direction. Hold for 5 seconds. come to the original position and repeat in opposite sides.
