Carry a pen & notebook or a gadget in which you can list all tasks that come in mind. You can plan a ‘to do’ list every day and make it sure that schedule is attainable. You can even distribute all the tasks in three different categories including home, personal, & professional.
Avoid stress & multitasking
Stressing can distract your brain and reduce your caliber of attempting tasks. You will feel stressed when you take tasks more than your ability so you should avoid multitasking in a time.
You should work & allocate tasks according to set deadlines. Make it a habit of beginning early and take breaks because rest is also important.
