Mind the age before selecting Playground

Keep five year or under 5-year kids separate from the teens playing sports with major types of equipment. Arrange a separate playground for them.

There is foam padding in the ground, but if someone falls from height, there are still chances of severe injuries. So, select the types of equipment that are appropriate for age. If all the equipment is mixed then keep your child away from the equipment that can cause injury.

Be aware and mindful of the temperature

If the equipment is not kept in the shade then its temperature can rise and burn kids' skin. Slides and other metallic equipment absorb Sun's heat, so you should check the temperature of equipment's surface to keep your little ones' safe.

Keep your Kids hydrated

It is essential to keep your kids hydrated while playing. While playing in summer, it is the primary health concern. Due to too much sweating, they may face dehydration. So, fuel up your kids with glucose and other fruit drink. You can keep a bottle filled with juice or water and instruct your kids to take sips within every 5 to 10 minutes. This way you can keep your kid away from harmful effects of Sun. You can also use Sunscreen for skin protection.

Be wise

Set the playing hours for your kids after 10 am to 4 pm. Because this time sun is overhead and a temperature is extremely high. If your kids don't have another time to play then chose a place with shade in a playground to play games.
