Avivores
Avivorous birds are birds of prey because they depend on other birds and eat them in order to live. There are different bird species which comes in order to avivorous for example hawks, falcons, and crows have featured with strong wings, legs and talons.
Carnivores
Carnivorous are birds of prey and like to eat meat as eatables, but they don't eat or depend on other birds for food. A major part of their diet combines rodents, snakes, fish, small mammals, frogs etc. These birds are eagle, owl, falcon, and large hawks.
Frugivores
Frugivores are those birds that rely on fruits for food. These are known as fruit-eaters and you’ll find it often in orchards, woods and farms. These colorful avian play a role of planter and contribute to environment by spreading seeds and pollens throughout the forest. They work to spread the seeds of plants throughout the forest. These birds are parrots, orioles, bananaquits, blue jays and robbins which love apples, berries, plums, raisins, bananas and other fruits.
Granivores
Granivores birds depend on grain as their primary food. There are numerous birds which come in this category. You can find these birds easily in the backyard, for example: sparrows, cardinals, parakeets, doves, pigeons, and doves.
Insectivores
Insectivorous birds rely on flesh for their diet, but they prey on insects. Major insectivores birds are small contributes a lot positively to help farmers and gardeners. For example: phoebes, warblers, woodpeckers, blue birds and sparrows.
Molluscivores
These are shore birds that depend on snails, oysters and slugs for food. Many birds hunt clams and oysters during low tide while other birds choose swampy lands to feed.
