This is the initial euphoria that we feel when we make the promise that we're going to live a healthy lifestyle. We feel unstoppable!

Then reality hits. In order to have a healthy lifestyle, we need to let go of our bad habits including vices, unhealthy foods, etcetera. This is the time we begin to feel that the journey to healthy living is indeed a serious matter.

  1. Confusion

This is a very time-consuming stage. Because we started reading a lot about healthy eating and all, we start to be conscious about everything we buy at the supermarket and get confused about food labels and terminologies.

  1. Irritation

Okay, so part of a healthy lifestyle is drinking a lot of water daily. However, the fact that you need to pee a lot when follow this rule religiously is becoming painstaking for you.

  1. Accomplishment

Yeeha! After all the confusions and irritations, you are now so used to cooking and preparing healthy meals and you enjoy the taste of water!

  1. Cockiness

Because you're being on top of your healthy lifestyle journey, you start to pity your friends who still binge on sweets and junk foods. You then set up a "healthy party" and boast your health-conscious chef side.

  1. Shock

Just when you think you've mastered the art of healthy living, you'll realize that it is more than just clean eating. So, you rush to the local gym and avail of a yearly membership. Everyone's talking about vibrating plates so you get one for yourself and start building your home gym.

  1. Obsession

A few months after, you can see the results and you feel better about yourself both inside, out and you become one of the few who are able to truly live a healthy lifestyle! You become so obsessed to it because you are a proof of the holistic benefits of having a healthy lifestyle - it is more than just being physically fit.
