Easy Steps to Make Fresh & Natural Juices at Home

Prepare your fruits and veggies

Collect fruits and vegetables you would like to have juices of then wash & rinse them off. After washing, remove stems, seeds, and other harsh or bitter parts. Then keep them aside.

Pineapple: Peel it off, then remove its eyes.

Dice or split apples, watermelons, cucumber, mangoes and similar fruits.

Remove seeds from berries and citrus fruits.

Wash spinach and other leafy veggies 2-3 times separately.

Prepare juicer

Cut the fruits according to the capacity of juicer. In general juicers, you should cut it into 2 to 2.5 inches of pieces. A commercial juicer can take half a pineapple at once, and it depends on the capacity of machinery.

Process raw fruits

Process the raw fruits like banana, avocado, and even oranges until these fruits turn into little liquid juices. These fruits are dry in nature so you can add liquids to get the quantity, you need.

Mix whatever you love

Combine all fruits and veggies, which you like the most. You can also try parsley, thyme, cabbage and even onion too.

Cream, yogurt & honey

You can add milk, yogurt, and honey to make its smoothies. It will nourish your body with rich nutrients. You can even mix the widest range of colorful veggies to add more nutrients.

Sugar & spices

Most of the fruits and veggies have a natural sweetness, for the healthy drinks add sugar only if it demands. You can also add spices like black pepper, black salt, mint, etc. to nourish it with delicious flavors.
