It comes from the natural resources like wind, sunlight, water, rain, tides, geo thermal heat, algae, plants and much more. These energy resources are renewable as well as sustainable. With the utilization of these energies & resources, we will be able to fulfill every human being’s needs without or less harming the nature as well as our environment.
Green energy, a term we are listening recently through awareness camps, environment programs which are focusing on establishment of green energy and protection of natural resources. Such programs have been held for the awareness regarding green energy. It will reduce dependency on the fossil fuels which are finite as well as take years to develop. These green energy resources will have lesser impacts on environment in comparison with the fossil fuels. Here we are have listed few examples of green energy:
Solar Energy
It is the most common as well as popular green energy which fully relies on sunlight. Energy will be collected from sunlight and then utilized in different ways. Sunlight, which is captured, used to generate electricity and it can be utilized for multiple purposes. Solar energy has higher potential and it is the best substitute in comparison to the fossil fuels as it left the smoke in the air and pollutes the environment.
Wind power
Wind power plants have been used to generate energy since many years. These plants have been established where the impact and flow of winds is higher. Wind power is used to generate energy sources which have been proved a great way to replace the utilization of fossil fuel for generating electricity. It is a great source of energy with lot of capacity to supply energy more than current consumption of energy all over the globe.
Hydroelectric Energy
Hydroelectric has been developed using water resources that means it is fully reliable on hydro power. It is generated with the help of water cycle but it ios not much renewable in comparison to other green energy resources.
Geo Thermal Power
Its main energy resource is heat that comes from earth. It is the inner heat of the land and it is more renewable due to the abundance in nature. It can definitely replace the existing usage of fuel. Even it can reduce the dependency on fossil fuels but there are many problems to establish the plants and utilize such a great energy resource.
Except these, there are many other forms of renewable energy resources which can be utilized to generate electricity at affordable or minimal cost in comparison to the expensive fuels.
