A good healthy body with a peaceful mind is a sign of a good lifestyle. When you are too conscious about the food intakes like opting natural and healthy food, taking care of the physical health by doing yoga and performing workouts. Boston fern

Palm trees

Janet Craig and rubber plants are good for removing formaldehyde from the air. If your office is in little touch with nature or screeching for fresh air these both plants are perfect for cleansing air as both plants are the little sun tolerant and grow very slowly.

Peace lily

It is in the category of few house plants which grow inside the house, peace lily with its seashell-based spathes brings a touch of summer into the winters. It is one of the best plants for removing formaldehyde from the air. It also removes benzene and certain VOC's that are produced by harsh cleaning products. Just be careful, plant's leaves are poisonous for both pets and children.

If you are really a dedicated gardener, then you can bring your home Florist's Mum and Gerbera Daisies. It is best at removing formaldehyde but as a plant, it needs careful watering, and cool temperature below 65°. You can also prefer container gardening for rooting a new azalea plant so you can move it outside the indoor in the autumn.
